A Dream Within A Dream

A Dream Within A Dream was inspired by the poetic work of Edgar Allen Poe's poem by the same name. The poem is my favorite poem ever written, thus far. I've been planning this project for some time, but the right elements needed to come together to make it happen. That finally happened when I met the right models and had the right equipment and skill to see the vision through.

There are many interpretations for Poe's A Dream Within A Dream, most culminating on the ideas of the mortality of humanity and life's fleeting moments. I wanted to play with this idea within a relationship. I have purposely tried altering the perspective of the dream and dreamer. As well as, establishing a more moody and nostalgic image by giving them a cyanotype feel.
