Equivalent Exposures

Week two (3/15) of my first semester of PH 108: DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY with John Trefethen
Shoot a series of four (4) equivalent exposures of a single subject and three (3) brackets of another subject. Each series is explained in further detail below.
Series 1: Set up a scene in which several objects recede in space in six-inch increments. Shoot four images of the scene without adjusting the composition or frame. Change your aperture and shutter speed settings at least one full stop such that you vary your depth of field but keep the same exposure. It is recommended that you use a focal length greater than 55mm. See the examples on session page 16 of module 3 as guidelines for this technical assignment.

Series 2: For this series, shoot a different scene, and this time bracket your exposures such that you begin with what your light meter indicates is ideal, and then adjust your aperture OR shutter speed for one stop less and one stop more exposure. This will give you three images with different exposures. In other words you are shooting three identical images 1) Normal / Over / Under
